Craft & Activity Box Returns & Refunds

All craft/activity box orders are considered final. We do not accept returns of craft boxes regardless of whether they are in new condition or other.

Missing Components

If your box is incomplete we will ship the missing items to you. No refunds or returns will be accepted for products missing items.

Cancellation

As soon as your order is placed it goes into our shipping queue. If your box hasn’t shipped, please contact us to cancel your order. We do our best to honor any cancellation requests prior to shipment, however our fulfilment center does not have access to customer service requests and begins fulfilment based on its place in the queue. A request for cancellation prior to shipment does not guarantee cancellation. A cancellation only occurs when a customer service rep reviews the request an acknowledges it prior to a shipment being created. Customer service requests may take 24-48 business hours to process.

Once an order is marked as shipped it is no longer eligible for cancelation.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your next subscription at any time by logging in to your account or by contacting us.

If you have a prepaid subscription, the renewal will be canceled but you will still receive the remainder of your current subscription.
